How well do Fifth Harmony know each other?

It's been three years since girl band Fifth Harmony finished third on the US version of The X Factor. Since then, they've embarked on headline tours, steadily scaled the US singles chart and grown one of the most die-hard fandoms in pop.

Having officially cracked America, Lauren, Normani, Ally, Dinah and Camila are ready to bring their own booty-shaking, hair-flipping, sass-strutting brand of pop to the UK. Ahead of the release of their debut album Reflection and new single Worth It next month, we caught up with the girls to see how well they really know each other...

Hello ladies!

First up we asked: "Who’s most likely to turn up late for work?"

And it seemed pretty unanimous… (sorry Dinah)

All: Dinah!
Ally: She has been late. Many times!
Dinah: Shut your mouth. It’s not my fault, it’s my sleep. It’s my eyeballs’ fault.
Camila: She’s always knocked out.

Next, the important stuff: "Who spends the longest doing their hair?"

Camila: Normani!
Ally: Normani or Dinah.
Lauren: Yeh, it’s between Normani and Dinah.
Dinah: We got that thick hair problem!
Ally: #ThickHairProblems
Dinah: #ExtensionProblems

Cue Lauren and Dinah giving us their best hair flicks:

Then we asked: "What's Camila’s party trick?" Was it the splits? Burping the alphabet? Nope…

Lauren: To run away and find food!
Camila: Running away and finding food is definitely my party trick.
Lauren: Or figure out a way to leave...
Normani: She always leaves early!
Camila: I’m the worst at parties – I just don’t like it! It's not long before I have to get out of there.

Our next question, "What's Normani’s signature dance move?" was a no-brainer...

Normani: All do it at the same time! 1, 2, 3…

Lauren: Mani twerks like a queen!

Then we asked: "What’s Ally’s worst habit?"

And we didn’t quite expect the barrage of suggestions…

Dinah: Ally’s worst habit is when she bursts into accents.
Ally: That’s a worst habit? You don’t like it?! I thought you liked it!
Lauren: Oh I have one! When her and Camila look at each other during interviews and just start laughing
Camila: It’s so bad!
Normani: Also she eats butter... with a side of bread.
Ally: I do pack on the butter...
Dinah: We clearly just have so many things that we hate about Ally!

Then the other girls decided it was probably best if they just kicked Ally out of the group...

Lauren got a bit confused when we asked: "What’s Dinah favourite film?"

Lauren: Walk The Line!
Ally: No! Walk To Remember! Walk The Line?! The Johnny Cash movie? [laughs]
Lauren: Oh Walk To Remember, Walk To Remember!
Camila: And The Lion King.
Dinah: I love crying at movies ok?!

Up next was: "Who’s Lauren’s favourite band or singer?"

And it was all going great, until Normani mixed up Elton John and… Alt-J(?!)

All: The 1975!
Ally: John Mayer
Camila: And Lana Del Rey
Normani: And Elton John
All: [laughing] Elton John?!
Lauren: Do you mean Alt-J?
Normani: [laughing] I mean Alt-J!

But Lauren was pretty happy with their answers overall

Lauren: They’ve done so well! You cutey pies! Good job!

Finally, we asked for their best self-portraits

Which led Ally to the horrifying realisation that drawing isn’t her strong point
