As Harry Styles earns a landmark tenth week at Number 1 with As It Was, Kate Bush sprints into the Top 3 with Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God).

As It Was is the longest-running Number 1 single in Ireland since Ed Sheeran spent 11 consecutive weeks at the top with Bad Habits, and if it holds on next week will match the song’s stint.

Pacing ever closer to the top of the charts, Kate Bush sees Running Up That Hill’s highest-ever placing in Ireland as it lands at Number 3, just behind Lizzo’s About Damn Time which holds tight at 2. Its ascension kicked off by its recurring feature in Netflix series Stranger Things, RUTH has now become a force of its own as it soars up charts internationally.

Meanwhile, English rapper Tion Wayne climbs five with La Roux-sampling IFTK (10), while Post Malone scores the highest new entry of the week with I Like You (A Happier Song) (15) which is the first of three songs by Post Malone to finish in this week’s Top 50 following the release of new album Twelve Carat Toothache; Cooped Up (20) leaps 17 places, while Lemon Tree (41) also makes its debut.

Scottish duo LF System enter the chart for the first time with disco banger Afraid To Feel (17), Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever smashes back into the Top 20 (18) and Tom Grennan is up three places with Remind Me (21).

George Ezra reaches a new peak with Green Green Grass (28), Doja Cat earns her 14th Top 50 single with Vegas (39), the lead single from the upcoming Elvis Presley biopic Elvis, and UK rapper Benzz’s Je M’appelle (42) is up three.

Finally, Onerepublic land in this week’s Top 50 with I Ain’t Worried (44) from the Top Gun: Maverick soundtrack.

Presumably the Irish charts are also subject to ACR and so Kate Bush is realy the biggest 'seller' this week.
