Guvna B becomes first rapper to top the Official Christian and Gospel
East London rapper and composer Guvna B has become the first rapper to top the Official Christian and Gospel Chart.

The urban contemporary gospel rapper/composer from Barking tops the Official Christian & Gospel Chart this week with his album Odd1Out. Guvna B is first urban act to top the chart that launched in March this year. Odd1Out is also currently Number 22 on the Official R&B Album Chart.
The album, which features ex-Sugababe and current Mutya Keisha Siobhan member Keisha Buchanan knocks Amy Grant’s How Mercy Looks From Here off the top spot.
Hillsong United hold firm at Number 2 with Zion, while Rend Collective Experiment moves two up to Number 3. Marantha Music is at Number 4 with Top 100 Praise & Worship Songs, while Worship Central’s Let It Be Known completing this week’s Top 5.
New Entries
The only new entry on this week’s Official Christian & Gospel Chart is Israel & New Breed with Jesus At The Centre – Live at Number 19.
