Gracie Abrams takes That's So True to seventh week at Number 1

Plus, rising rapper Doechii celebrates her first UK Top 40 single today.

Gracie Abrams makes it seven non-consecutive weeks at Number 1 in the UK with That’s So True. 

Holding strong into the new year, That’s So True once again holds back ROSÉ and Bruno Mars with APT. (2) and Lola Young’s Messy (3) from the top spot. 

It’s big news for BTS idol Jimin, re-entering the Top 5 with his track Who. This week’s big gainer is up a massive 59 places to Number 5. Released last year, Who originally peaked at Number 4; and it’s now Jimin’s first solo track to spend two weeks inside the UK Top 10. 

SZA earns her 15th UK Top 40 hit with BMF (21), up 23 places. It’s currently the most popular track taken from the deluxe edition of her acclaimed second album SOS. 

Just named BBC Sound Of 2025 winner, Chappell Roan’s Pink Pony Club re-enters the Top 40 today (22). 

TYLA continues to push all our buttons - PUSH 2 START reaches a brand-new peak of Number 24, up nine places week-on-week. 

Naughty Boy and Sam Smith’s million-selling 2013 smash La La La returns to the Top 40 for the first time in nearly 12 years at Number 32, as the track sparks a viral social media trend. The single originally debuted at Number 1 becoming the first chart-topper for both acts. 

Remember the name Doechii this year – the ascendant Florida rapper, singer and songwriter has just earned her first-ever UK Top 40 hit. DENIAL IS A RIVER is a brand-new entry at Number 39, taken from her acclaimed 2024 mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal.
