Eminem plots return to Number 1 with Houdini
Plus, England's chance of bringing football home could see an iconic anthem re-enter the Top 10 later this week.
By George Griffiths
And for his next trick... Eminem’s could return to Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart with Houdini, which previously reigned at Number 1 for two weeks, his longest-ever stint at the top.
Thanks to the release of his new album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), Eminem could also sink two new entries in the Top 10; Habits (5) and Renaissance (6).
As England prepare to face off against Spain in the Euros final tonight, David Baddiel, Frank Skinner & The Lightning Seeds’ footie classic Three Lions rises to Number 12 midweek. Of course, if it comes home – expect this to rise even further!
Ice Spice & Central Cee’s eye-catching team-up Did It First is on track to debut at Number 20.

Reform the chart.
1) Make it these rules after a number 1, 5 weeks number one, 10 weeks Top 10, 16 weeks Top 40 max, only 1 re-entry run per year on all tracks after that they are pulled from the pool completely not coming back in for 12 months so we don't get this Cruel Summer and Harry Styles serial unfairness happening anymore.
2) Stop the track bans let Indian, Afro, Legendary, Irish, Kids and Novelty and everything else counted in the UK qualify no track bans.
3) Count Mike Reads Heritage and Dawn Parry's Legacy Chart Pools in their real numbers and allow them to get airplay by hosting them on new music Friday like the rest let the people decide on their fate not you stripping them from new music fridays advertising therefore stopping people from getting them in the chart by only giving them options for generic music or if we are lucky Rock, Hip-Hop and Country which is how this Hip-Hop track became the protest vote of choice as it's not looped in the lyrics it changes in the backgrounds it is still real music is Houdini but I'm not happy about rubber banding though.
4) Take 0.5 Divisions out of it completely make it straight the full fledged additions count.
5) Have a rubber banding limit where if a track overdoes it the track has to fall.
6) Take out ACR and SCR it is the root cause of Top 10 by generic acts not even hitting the numbers for a Top 10 if a track is breaking the amount of weeks rules I'd rather take a bit of Billions and Millions out of it's score weekly after number one rather than fiddling the results.
7) I want to see only 2 by the same artist in the chart unless if a 3rd is a duo theme we don't want to see artist anymore it ruins the chart as much as the other fiddling I know you doo as a chart addict who counts the actual chart these days using the new cross format YouTube Music results there is the automatic count where you can set the folder in YouTube Normal to most popular to make the folder work in music to count just the streaming charts but on the music searching page we now get real chart numbers so I know what K-OCC are doing to fiddle the numbers.
At the moment in real numbers Pinkfong - Baby Shark is the real net K-OCC Number One at 18 Billion hits on the digital and physical ect. platforms for this week with no track bans but of course with a bit being took out until it reaches number 2 at a 5 weeks max at number one we would get something new anyway after then anyway but a real UK chart has to count everything in an accurate manner and also let them drop out in a respectable matter of 16 weeks max after the number one so people doesn't get tired of it like Robin Hood or get tired of an unlimited same Top 10 after 10 weeks of it.

It seems a lot of effort to put in a 100 repeats with audio off protest vote for Shaboozey on Friday when what you have at your disposal is only a YouTube Music and a Spotify or if you are lucky Apple and Tidal paid accounts.
I have up when trying to protest vote Heritage and Legacy chart pool tracks into the chart due to not being promoted New Music Friday so people don't listen to them this real music is only hitting 10-999K figures.
The thing is you need a group of many people at the same time making the Shaboozey, Miles, Roan, Dasha, Malone, Lightning Seeds, Ambor, Coldplay, Hozier, Boone and Eminem protest streams up to clock a decent Top 10 in 4 days to knock the Trap, Generic Pop ect. down and all you have is perhaps 4 windows open at the same time with Tidal, Apple YouTube Music and Spotify or 2 if only a free user.
Protest voting is really hard you gotta have the nail to turn the sound off and have your 2-4 windows playing the track at the same time and then keeping your PC on to let it clock but it puts the win in our hands if we have the nail the streaming thing does but I don't agree with record companies being in protest voting only the people who wants to make a difference legally to get the stuff we don't like out.
As for Eminem I like the Houdini but I don't like the other ones as outside of Martika and Dido I only liked him on his own not the duo where it's a step down in music but he is one of the love hate or both artists anyway and you are on the side of hate him completely not select tracks so not only are you protesting Trap and Generic loopy and moany pop that the majority actually doesn't like when you are protest voting but protest voting a nonsense rubber banding as well whilst I like that one out of the 3 rubber bands are nonsense and make the tracks become boring as much as unlimited new entries per year I am against his rubber banding.
But then I don't have the nail to put it in my hands and protest vote a Shaboozey win but it is in your hands though if you and a few other fans of the track are game to do it as a team I don't want to see rubber banding because I would think the same as I ended up with Expresso's protest vote over her other track hating it even more after hating it already after over 10 weeks after a number one still being Top 10.
I really don't like her Please Please Please though that is generic trash Expresso is a step up from that and probably why it was the protest vote to beat herself but I honestly want all of the non generics to win and knock the trap and generic pop down thro both of her down to a 10 minimum with protest votes of the decent stuff.

You lost me at Mike Read.

You might not like him very much which you made clear but his chart's track pool has all the real new music on it those tracks which does make super good protest votes on top of the good ones to be contenders already you can think about in your protest streaming options to make a more diverse chart.
You don't have to listen or watch his chart to listen to the great tracks from it alone same with Dawn Parry.
But not liking the hosts has nothing to do with not liking the music and if you love the tracks that would mean they would hit the bottom of the Top 100 maybe.
A lot of it is in Physical K-OCC sometimes as well but not all of it but any of it you do like though would get some of the generic music down because if those tracks are hard hitting like Eminem which is actually an artist from those eras then we will get more of it than only Eminem in Top 10 and Eminem I guess did make it possible for a protest vote to win.
Out of them in the existing chart currently not counting protest votes for ones to come in for New Entry I would like to see them land on Shaboozey get him a protest vote Top of the Pops this Friday by clocking it.
I don't want to see Houdini rubber band making people hate the track for it being Top 10 too long and Top of the Pops twice in 10 weeks.

I want ACR and SCR to fall off the cliff though it's the sole reason with the track bans as well as well as that dodgy outrageous 0.5 division maths on the streams fixing the multi method format to rig it in generic looped lyrics and looped backgrounds tracks favor.
I want to see ACR fall off the cliff and die for our UK National 100.
I want to see Heritage, Legacy, Chart of Gold, Asian, Afro, Indie, Novelty from video streaming as well all in the fight I want a accurate chart with no fiddles other than when they are breaking the rules with a million re-entries a year rubberbanding and brickwalling other tracks not allowing new tracks and different artists and genre a chance at Top 10 glory in that case the billions need to go down by the millions when something reaches number one so that nothing is over 5 weeks number 1, 10 weeks hogging Top 10 or over 16 weeks in the Top 40 anymore which is a competition for the hottest new tracks and reissued oldies not these serial abusers taking advantage of the OCC's overly not strict enough rules.
I think 3 from the same artist is too many for the Top 20 ones as well those rules are ruining British Asian and Afro it doesn't work.
It works better on Top 100 and Top 40 rules like these with the 3 does but I still think 3 is too many it's I think it should be 2 with 1 track going in a week only max and a duo track if there's any at all for a 3rd but solos only 2 and it has to be over 2 weeks not the same week allow different artists to be in there before .
I'm getting old in late 30s and 40s and always wanted stricter rules on rubberbanding and re-entries as well as artist ect. so I don't get tired of the music.
