Eurovision 2025: Remember Monday named as UK's representatives
The UK country-pop trio are relative unknowns, and will represent the UK on the Eurovision stage in Basel, Switzerland this May.

Remember Monday have been named as the act set to represent the UK at this year's Eurovision Song Contest.
Revealed live by Scott Mills on BBC Radio 2, the country-pop trio - comprised of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steel - will be taking to the stage in Basel, Switzerland this May with the song What The Hell Just Happened?
Last year, BAFTA and BRIT-nominated star Olly Alexander represented the UK, although his track Dizzy reached a somewhat disappointing 18th place, after receiving nil points in the fan televote.
Remember Monday also follow in the steps of 2023 UK contestant Mae Muller, whose UK Top 10 single I Wrote A Song placed a disappointing 25th, while of course they'll be hoping to emulate 2022 hero Sam Ryder, who took SPACE MAN all the way to second place.

Who are Remember Monday?
Remember Monday are a UK trio comprised of members Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steel. The trio - who perform a mix of country and pop - originally took part in The Voice UK series 8 in 2019, where they reached the quarter-finals.
Since then, they've been releasing music as an independent act. Their second EP, Crazy Monday, was released in October 2024. The girls also have a healthy following on TikTok, boasting 530,000 followers at the time of writing.

We used to have a thing called 'Song For Europe' and 10 or so acts performed and then received the public vote. We are talking a few decades ago and we did better overall because the song was deemed the best by the British voter. Who is choosing these acts? Last year was just horrendous!
