The UK's summer of Spanglish hits looks set to continue as Subeme La Radio, Enrique Iglesias's latest single featuring Sean Paul and Matt Terry, is Number 1 on the Official Trending Chart.

The track, which has been remixed to feature the X Factor winner for its UK release, tops the list of singles making a big impact this week, based on movement up the Official Singles Chart (full chart methodology can be found at the bottom of the page).

Subeme La Radio, which roughly translates to 'beam me up radio', is on track to enter the Top 5 on the Official Singles Chart this Friday (August 4), up from last week's debut placing at 16 to Number 4. Based on its current position, it would give Enrique his 11th Top 10 in the UK and first in over three years, since 2014's I'm A Freak ft. Pitbull.

For Sean Paul, it would be his 13th Top 10, while for Matt Terry it would mean a second following his 2016 X Factor winner's single, When Christmas Comes Around.

Elsewhere, Dua Lipa makes a strong entry on the trending Top 20 as her latest track New Rules continues to build on radio and the Official Chart, as does Demi Lovato's current offering, Sorry Not Sorry.

Arcade Fire's Everything Now is making waves as their album of the same name sets sail for Number 1 this week, and Charli XCX's Boys is impacting after its release last week was accompanied by a star-studded, male-packed music video.

Finally, Jessie Ware makes it into this week's Official Trending Chart with her brand new single Midnight. The song was released last Friday (July 28) and heads up her third studio album.

About the Official Trending Chart

The Official Trending Chart was launched in 2016 to highlight the hottest new tracks beginning to make an impact in the UK every week.

The Top 20 rundown, published on OfficialCharts.com every Tuesday, based on the first four days’ sales of each chart week, is designed to highlight emerging hits as they begin to scale the Official Charts and build buzz.

The Official Trending Chart ranks titles which are showing week-on-week chart growth, and is the only “new music” chart to reflect audio track sales and streams comprehensively across all services.

Devised by the Official Charts Company in close consultation with labels, retailers and media, the chart since launch has highlighted emerging hits such as Number 1 single One Dance by Drake, and The Chainsmokers & Halsey's chart topper Closer.

The chart is designed to help highlight hit singles in their early stages of their growth, in the light of the shift in release strategies of record labels over the past six months. Under “On Air On Sale”, labels have started to release new music for consumers to buy or stream on the same day as those tracks are released to media (including radio stations and TV).
