Ella Henderson & Rudimental's Alibi is UK's Number 1 Trending Song
Ella Henderson and Rudimental's Alibi has officially topped the UK's Trending Chart, marking it as the rising hit to watch right now.
The banger - which contains a sample of Coolio's 1995 Number 1 classic Gangsta's Paradise - has been slowly creeping up the Top 40 of the Official Singles Chart this week, and is right now predicted to reach a brand new peak of Number 12 on Friday.
It's already Ella's 11th UK Top 40 single, and Rudimental's 14th.
Elsewhere on the Trending Chart this week, we have a brand new entry from Noah Kahan with his brand new single, Forever, taken from the just-released expanded edition of his third studio album, Stick Season.
That LP's title track is, of course, the UK's current Official Number 1 single, while its accompanying album is currently in a chart battle with Declan McKenna to top the Official Albums Chart for the first time.
Wes Nelson could also score his first UK Top 40 single in three years, he's teamed up with garage legend Craig David for new track Abracadabra. It's looking for a Top 40 debut following the pair's recent performance of the track during an episode of Love Island: All Stars.
We also have hot new entries this week from Madison Beer (Make You Mine), Sia & Kylie Minogue (Dance Alone), Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign (Talking/Once Again, Stars) and K-Trap (Heaven or Hell).
This week's gainer on the Official Trending Chart are DJ duo NewEra, with their track Birds in the Sky.
