Plus there's a new entry from The 1975 and big climbs for Jonas Blue and Loud Luxury.

Drake looks set for a second week at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart as his latest track, In My Feelings, keeps a firm hold at the top spot.

At the halfway stage of the chart week, the rapper's third chart-topper of 2018 is currently 3,500 combined sales ahead of its closest competition, George Ezra's Shotgun, while Jonas Blue's Rise ft. Jack & Jack jumps from 6 to Number 3.

Drake's fifth overall Number 1 single is thanks in part to the In My Feelings challenge - a viral dance craze that's taking over the internet and has been attempted by the likes of Will Smith, Kevin Hart and Ciara.

Other tracks climbing the Top 10 this week include 5 Seconds Of Summer's Youngblood, up from 8 to 4,  and Cardi B's I Like It ft. Bad Bunny & J Balvin rebounds from 11 to 8.

Further down, Cheat Codes x Little Mix's Only You continues to scale the Top 40, so far up five places to 14, as does Jax Jones' Ring Ring - the Mabel and Rich The Kid-assisted single leaps seven spots to 16.

The 1975 are set to claim this week's highest new entry with their latest track Love It If We Made It at 27, and four songs could be making their Top 40 debut, led by Body by Canadian duo Loud Luxury ft. Brando, which so far leaps 13 places to 28.

Elsewhere, High Hopes by Panic! At The Disco shoots 14 spots to 37, Rudimental's Let Me Live ft. Major Lazer & Anne-Marie climbs seven to 38, and B Young's 079ME lifts four spots to 40.

I'm impressed to see the gains for 'Youngblood' & 'Body'! :)
I like that 'Now 100' & ABBA should have a big week in terms of albums.

I like the gains for 'Youngblood' as well, and I really like that 'Jackie Chan' looks set to reach the Top 5. I like that 'In My Feelings' is set for another week at #1 as well. I think we're going to be seeing a pretty long-term #1 with 'In My Feelings', not only because it's getting 800,000+ streams on Spotify each day and is doing really well on sales, but also because the majority of its streams are coming from paying subscribers. Last week, roughly 7.75m of its 8.8m streams (excluding YouTube) were from paying subscribers, which gave it an average streams:sales ratio of just over 110:1 - better than it would've had before the rules changed!

'Youngblood' & 'Jackie Chan' hitting the Top 5 were pleasant surprises for me for sure. I know they're young songs & streaming is still growing for both of them, but I didn't think either had the sales nor the YouTube to be as high as they are in the update.
800k+ daily streams has to be the highest since Ed did it with 'Shape Of You' & 'Castle On The Hill', right? Or at least since Drake's own 'God's Plan' reigned at #1.

Surprisingly quite a few songs have managed 800k+ for at least a little while, and 'God's Plan' wasn't even one of them (it peaked at 799,488, so it was extremely close). 'One Kiss' managed 800k+ for a little while, but 'In My Feelings' has already done it for longer. Before that 'Perfect' came pretty close (if you combine the versions), and earlier still was 'Despacito (Remix)', which also managed to get over 1m for a bit. Then it was Ed's reign with 'Galway Girl', 'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill' all managing to get over 1m streams, and 'New Man' managing 800k+ for a short time.

What 'In My Feelings' has done is beat the all-time record for the most streams in 1 week globally on Spotify. Previously it was held by 'Shape of You' with 64.25m from 03-03-2017 to 10-03-2017, but 'In My Feelings' got 67.5m from 13-07-2018 to 20-07-2018 - and it looks like it's going to get even more this coming week!

'In My Feelings' also broke the all-time record for most weekly streams in the US too, with 116.2 million reported this past week. The record before that was 'Harlem Shake' by Baauer with around 103 million, in the week that streaming was included in the Hot 100 formula.
I'm so surprised how many of those passed 800k+ daily streams in the UK! Are 'Shape Of You' & 'Castle On The Hill' still the only ones to exceed 1M though?

I wonder how close 'In My Feelings' will be able to come to 'Shape of You's record in the UK. I don't expect it to beat it, since 'Shape of You' managed 13.4m streams in its opening week, but I can see 'In My Feelings' managing to pass 10m streams in a week.
Along with 'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill', 'Galway Girl' and 'Despacito (Remix)' managed over 1m streams on Spotify in a day, but, as far as I'm aware, those 4 are the only 4 songs to ever manage it in the UK.

Amazing that Ed got three of them from one album! I think he'll be the only artist to do that for a while.
'In My Feelings' has the advantage of being made into a dance challenge & they're apparently shooting the official video for it currently. It looks like it's going to be Song Of The Summer, but probably won't dominate for as long as 'God's Plan' did.

Unless 'In My Feelings' and 2 other future singles from 'Scorpion' somehow manage to pass 1m streams on Spotify in the UK in a day, I really can't see anyone else doing it until Spotify's grown much larger than it already is, and when 800k+ is typical for a popular #1 single. I don't even think that Ed himself could do it again!

I really hope 'Don't Matter To Me' is the next single, given that it was the highest debuting unreleased album track in the UK when 'Scorpion' came out & almost gave Michael Jackson a #1 single in 2018!
While I don't think Ed will have a bigger album that his latest one, Spotify records seem to be being broken all the time, so I'm not sure.
What were the daily peaks for 'Rockstar' & 'Psycho' on Spotify in the UK by the way?

I think 'Don't Matter To Me' is technically already a single as well as 'In My Feelings', similar to how Ed had both 'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill'. Both have been sent to radio in the US, at least.
Spotify records are always being broken, but passing 1m streams in 1 day in the UK is still extremely hard. Unless it's Christmas - I just decided to check and 'Last Christmas', 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', 'Fairytale of New York', 'Do They Know It's Christmas?' and 'Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree' all passed 1m streams last year on Christmas day. For regular singles, though, it's much harder.
'rockstar' peaked at 628k (though it stayed at #1 for 77 days, 18 days longer than 'Shape of You') while 'Psycho' peaked at 592k. 'Better Now' also peaked at 528k while 'Paranoid' peaked at 567k.
