Disclosure set for second Official Albums Chart Number 1 with Caracal
Plus new entries from New Order, Chvrches, Don Henley, more.
Disclosure are on course to score their second UK chart topper this week with new album Caracal. The album features collaborations with a host of big names including Sam Smith, The Weeknd, Gregory Porter, Kwabs, Lorde, and Miguel.
The duo previously topped the Official Albums Chart back in 2013 with their debut Settle, which went on to become one of the Official Top 40 Biggest Selling Artist Albums Of 2013.

Caracal currently sits over 7,000 combined charts sales ahead of its nearest competitor, New Order’s Music Complete (2). The Manchester outfit's tenth studio album, which features the likes of Brandon Flowers and La Roux, is on track to be their highest-charting album since 1993’s chart-topping Republic.
Scottish synth-pop group Chvrches start at Number 3 today with their second studio album Every Open Eye, followed by current chart-topper David Gilmour’s Rattle That Lock (4).
Finally, Jess Glynne’s I Cry When I Laugh (5) rounds out today’s Update Top 5.
New entries and high climbers
Eagles’ Don Henley could be set to score his highest charting solo album to date this week with Cass County (7), while Westlife’s Shane Filan is on track for a second Top 20 with Right Here (10).
Fetty Wap’s self-titled debut enters the Update Top 20 at 14 today, trailed by US supergroup The Dead Weather’s Dodge And Burn at 16.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds’ Where The City Meets The Sky: Chasing Yesterday: The Remixes starts at 21 this week, followed by US singer-songwriter Kurt Vile’s B’lieve I’m Goin Down at 22 and Australian metal-core band Parkway Drive’s Ire at 23.
Stereophonics are heading for this week’s highest climber with Best Of – Decade In The Sun (32), up a whopping 29 places in today’s Update, while prog rocker Steven Wilson heads for a fourth UK Top 40 with Transience (37).
