Dermot Kennedy claims the Official Chart Double for a second week, topping the Official Irish Singles Chart with Giants, while ruling the Official Irish Albums Chart with Without Fear.
Giants was once more Ireland’s most downloaded song of the week, while Without Fear was the country’s most streamed album of the week.
Just last week, Dermot become the first Irish act ever to replace themselves at Number 1; Paradise his collaboration with Italian producers Meduza remains at Number 2 this week.
Official Irish Singles Chart
This week’s highest climber is Australian rapper The Kid Laroi, rocketing 34 places to Number 3 with Without You. The track is the 17-year-old’s highest charting song to date on Irish soil, with its huge ascent attributed to a popular new TikTok trend.
Two Christmas classics continue their annual ascent up the Top 10 this week; Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas Is You climbs five rungs to Number 5, while Last Christmas from Wham! vaults seven places to Number 6.

A further 18 Christmas songs feature in this week’s Top 50, with four achieving new career peaks: Kelly Clarkson’s Underneath The Tree (21); Jingle Bell Rock from Bobby Helms (22); The Ronettes – Sleigh Ride (31); and Dean Martin’s Let It Snow Let It Snow Let It Snow (39).
Finally, the title track from Miley Cyrus’ new album Plastic Hearts is a new entry at Number 50.

Official Irish Albums Chart
Andrea Bocelli’s new album Believe hits a new high this week, climbing one place to Number 3. The album is now Andrea’s highest-charting album in Ireland for five years since 2015’s Cinema, which also reached Number 3.
Dutch conductor Andre Rieu picks up his highest-charting album ever in Ireland with Christmas album Jolly Holiday, which scales 10 spots to Number 5. Another festive album Christmas from Michael Buble returns to the Top 10 at Number 10, back in the top flight for the fifth consecutive year.

Shawn Mendes claims this week’s highest new entry with Wonder at 11, while Nathan Carter’s greatest hits Anniversary – The First Ten Years reaches a new peak of 13. Arctic Monkeys live album Live at the Royal Albert Hall debuts at 15.
Johnny Cash and The RPO’s self-titled album reaches a new peak of Number 21, up 15 slots, while Dolly Parton’s yuletide album A Holly Dolly Christmas is a new entry at Number 27. British pop-punk singer Yungblud is a new entry at Number 28 with his second album Weird!, while Neil Diamond’s orchestral album Classic Diamonds scores a new personal best at Number 32.
Following a tribute to her career on RTÉ’s The Late Late Show last Friday, Sharon Shannon’s new album The Reckoning makes its Top 50 debut at Number 34. Finally country singer Derek Ryan’s The Road to Christmas enters at Number 42.
