DaBaby and Roddy Ricch rock up at Official Irish Singles Chart Number 1 with Rockstar

DaBaby and Roddy Ricch storm to Number 1 on this week’s Official Irish Singles Chart with Rockstar.
The US rappers from Charlotte and Compton rise one place from last week’s runner-up spot to take the crown, scoring the most streams in Ireland this week. Rockstar has rapidly gained in popularity due to a TikTok dance challenge based on the track.
The first Number 1 for both artists, Rockstar finished on top by nearly 800 chart sales.

Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber’s new duet Stuck With U claims this week’s highest new entry, entering at Number 2 – earning Ariana her 15th and Justin his 20th Top 10 single in Ireland. Money raised from the song goes to the First Responders Children's Foundation.
Meanwhile, US rapper 6ix9ine scores his highest charting track to date with Gooba at 4, and UK rappers S1mba and DTG climb six rungs to Number 10 with Rover, another big song on TikTok.
Dance track Breaking Me by German producer Topic ft. A7S is this week’s highest climber, rocketing 15 spots to Number 18.
Much like the current Number 1, three more songs with a big presence on TikTok score new entries this week. After Party by US rapper Don Toliver becomes his second Irish Chart hit at 31, what would have been Iceland’s entry at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest Think About Things by Dadi Freyr debuts at 33, and Party Girl by 19-year-old StaySolidRocky from Richmond, Virginia makes its way to 34.
Finally, Kosovan DJ Regard claims his second Top 50 single and British singer Raye her seventh with Secrets at Number 48.
