Several Oscar winning new releases will be impacting this week's Official Video Chart, but it's The Greatest Showman that is set for more glory.

On today's Official Chart Update, a midweek sales flash examining DVD & Blu-ray sales from the past three days, The Greatest Showman - which last week became the second fastest-selling home entertainment release of 2018 - is set for a second week at Number 1.

Shifting 496,000 units last week, a further 77,000 have been sold so far this week, putting the musical movie over 30,000 in front of its closest rival, Coco. The 2018 Oscar winner for Best Animated Feature has so far sold 46,000 units; will it be able to bridge the gap by Sunday's final chart?

New entries and high climbers

The rest of the Top 5 this week is also made up of new entries. Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, which Frances McDormand was awarded the Best Actress prize, begins at Number 3, while Meryl Streep's Golden Globe-nominated The Post opens at Number 4. Liam Neeson thriller The Commuter starts out at Number 5.

Supernatural horror Insidious: The Last Key is another new Top 10 entry so far this week, impacting at Number 7. Further down the Top 20, The Matrix returns at Number 16 following its 4K Ultra HD release, and Jurassic Park Trilogy roars to Number 21 after being made available on the same format.
