Cat Burns teams up with Sam Smith for emotional remix of breakthrough single Go

Cat Burns' brilliant breakthrough hit Go has just got a superstar co-sign from none other than Sam Smith.

Released today, (June 6) Sam jumps on an emotional remix from Go that's now available to stream. 

On the new duet, Sam says: "I came across Cat’s music earlier this year and I was immediately moved and refreshed by her honesty, incredible technique and delivery as a vocalist."

Both Cat and Sam performed their version of Go live for the first time this weekend in London to fans and onlookers in a very special surprise during the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.

Cat has experienced exponential growth with Go going increasingly viral this year, it's all culminated in the tender, acoustic led break-up track becoming a staple of the Official Singles Chart Top 10 over the last few weeks.

Currently at Number 4, could this new remix help it get all the way to Number 1? So far, the track has peaked at Number 2.

“What an honour and pleasure it was to work with Sam!" Cat said in a statement. "They were super lovely and added an extra level of special to the song which is clear to hear!”
