Britney Spears' ...Baby One More Time to be released on vinyl this November
There's good news for Britney Spears fans - one of her classic albums will be available on vinyl for the very first time.
Britney's debut album ...Baby One More Time will be pressed on wax for the very first time, and it isn't just on standard black vinyl. Harking back to Brit's bubblegum pop era, ...Baby One More Time will be pressed on pink vinyl, with a white swirl running throughout the disc for good measure. Amazing.
...Baby One More Time features the huge Number 1 single of the same name, as well as fellow chart topper Born To Make You Happy, and Top 10 singles Sometimes and (You Drive Me) Crazy. It peaked at Number 2 in the UK back in 1999.

And here comes the bad news. Not only is the product US exclusive, but the product sold out within two hours of pre-orders going live. To top it off, only 2,500 of the records will be made, meaning that if you missed out on one in the pre-order window, it may be really difficult to get your hands on one once they are shipped in November.
Prior to Urban Outfitters' huge announcement for Britney fans, only one of Britney's nine studio albums was given a vinyl release, her latest collection Glory, which peaked at Number 2 in the UK and Number 3 in the US. Fingers crossed this latest announcement means that classic albums such as Oops!... I Did It Again, In The Zone and Blackout will get their time to shine on plastic in the future.

2017 continues to be a huge year for vinyl, with many artists issuing their products on the format for the first time. Avril Lavigne's first three albums will be released in this way next month, while solo projects from members of ABBA were pressed in a variation of limited colours not released until last month.
It was also announced back in June that Sony Music are beginning to press their own artists' records for the first time in 30 years following their acquisition of a production plant in Japan.
