BRIT Awards 2025: Jack Whitehall confirmed to return as BRIT Awards host for 2025

The comedian is returning to host for the first time since 2021.

Jack Whitehall is returning as the host for the BRIT Awards 2025, it's been announced today.

The comedian hasn't MCed the event since 2021, and was the regular face of the awards since 2018. Overall, this marks the star's fifth time hosting the biggest event in British music.

Commenting on his return, Jack Whitehall said: "They say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, and that is absolutely the case with The BRIT Awards - it is my favourite night of the year, and I am delighted to be invited back to host in 2025.”

It's also been announced that DJ Harriet Rose and social media sensation Munya Chawawa will join forces to host The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up, a BRITs pre-party show on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm on Thursday 27th February.

Harriet Rose said: “The BRITs is easily one of the highlights of my year! I love every minute of chatting with the amazing artists, so being back for 2025 is an absolute dream. I can't wait for all the fun!”

Munya Chawawa said: "I’m hugely excited to present The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up with Harriet! The awards are always a highlight of the year, and I'm making it my sworn duty to bring you all the magic and mayhem of the night itself to our ITV2 show! First Stormzy’s performance in 2018, and now me; it’s clear The BRITs have a thing for 7ft, absolutely ripped British icons.”

As ever, this year's ceremony also brings a brand-new bespoke award for the winning artists to take home. In 2025, the statue has been designed by Gabriel Moses, an acclaimed British-Nigerian multi-disciplinary artist whose collaborators include Skepta, Little Simz, Burberry and more.

Also announced this week were the acts taking part in BRITs Week 2025; a series of live events across the UK in aid of charity War Child. Names you can expect to see play live include Rachel Chinouriri, SOFT PLAY, Clean Bandit and Tom Walker.
