Brentmas hits St. Pancras Station as David Brent: Life on the Road is released - watch
Take a look at our fantastic competition celebrating the release.
Move over Santa Claus, David Brent is here and Brentmas is taking over.
A choir calling themselves the 12 Disciples of Brent pitched up around the Elton John piano at London’s busy St. Pancras railway station to provide some Brent-ertainment to commuters.
In a festive tribute to comedy’s most cringe-worthy boss and his new DVD release Life on the Road, spectators were treated to choral renditions of such David Brent hits as Freelove Freeway, Life On The Road, Don’t Cry It’s Christmas and the ode to Brent’s hometown Slough.
We have exclusive footage of the action at St. Pancras, and thankfully there were no trademark Brent dance moves in sight. There were however some mince pies bearing the iconic Brent goatee, filling St. Pancras with Brenty Christmas cheer. Food, a few laughs and plenty of smiling faces - that sounds good to us.
Ricky Gervais' alter-ego was the star of a mockumentary movie that hit cinemas in August 2016, with Brent's debut album following in September 2017, a collection that featured songs from the film. The album peaked at Number 3 on the Official Albums Chart, just behind new entries from Frank Ocean and Dolly Parton.
To celebrate the home entertainment release of the movie, we have three brilliant prize bundles to give away. Each winner will take home a copy of the DVD, a promotional t-shirt, a bespoke mini speaker, a pair of sunglasses, a branded stapler and a guitar pick.
