Apple Original Films has announced Bono: Stories of Surrender; a brand-new documentary premiering globally on Apple TV+ on May 30.
Directed by Andrew Dominik, in collaboration with the Academy Award-winning RadicalMedia and Plan B Entertainment, the documentary offers a visual exploration of the U2 legend's one-man stage show Stories of Surrender: An Evening of Words, Music and Some Mischief….
The documentary will include exclusive, never-before-seen footage from Bono's April 2023 residency at New York's Beacon Theatre.
Bono: Stories of Surrender (Immersive) will also premiere on Apple Vision Pro worldwide on May 30. It serves as the first feature-length film available in Apple Immersive Video; recorded in 8K with Spatial Audio to produce a 180-degree video that places viewers on stage with Bono.
