The latest tracks from Blonde and Galantis lead this week's Official Trending Chart.

As we head towards the summer season, house duo Blonde top this week's list of songs making a big impact in the UK with their Craig David collaboration Nothing Like This.

The group's latest offering has been holding steady on the Official Singles Chart for the last five weeks, but looks set to reach a new peak this week, currently at Number 14 in the latest sales flash.

Meanwhile, No Money by Swedish duo Galantis continues to gain momentum in the UK, having climbed up the Top 40 for the last three weeks and looks set to crack this week's Top 20.

Little Mix's latest single Hair also features highly on the Official Trending Chart. The song, which has been re-worked to feature Sean Paul for its single release, looks set for a sizeable leap on Friday's Official Singles Chart following its placing at 31 last week.

Further down, Rihanna's Needed Me makes an appearance on the trending Top 20. Following the unveiling of its controversial music video last week, the track is on course to be one of this week's biggest climbers over on the singles Top 100.

Elsewhere, new songs released last Friday (April 22) that feature on this week's trending list include Catfish & The Bottlemen's 7, Kygo's I'm In Love featuring James Vincent McMorrow, and Flume's Say It featuring Tove Lo.

About the Official Trending Chart

The Official Trending Chart  is a brand new chart launched for 2016 to highlight the hottest new tracks beginning to make an impact in the UK every week. The Top 20 rundown, published on OfficialCharts.com every Tuesday, based on the first four days’ sales of each chart week, is designed to highlight emerging hits as they begin to scale the Official Charts and build buzz.

The Official Trending Chart ranks titles which are showing week-on-week chart growth, and is the only “new music” chart to reflect audio track sales and streams comprehensively across all services. Devised by the Official Charts Company in close consultation with labels, retailers and media, the chart since launch last month has already highlighted emerging hits such as Zara Larrsson’s Lush Life and Mike Posner’s I Took A Pill In Ibiza, both tracks went on to become Top 5 smashes in the Official Singles Chart.

The chart is designed to help highlight hit singles in their early stages of their growth, in the light of the shift in release strategies of record labels over the past six months. Under “On Air On Sale”, labels have started to release new music for consumers to buy or stream on the same day as those tracks are released to media (including radio stations and TV).
