Black Widow holds on to claim a second week at Number 1 on the Official Film Chart.

Soaring ahead on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD, Black Widow holds off competition from action-fantasy Monster Hunter, which climbs from Number 4 to 2 following its release on physical formats.

This week’s highest new entry is John Carpenter’s classic 1982 sci-fi horror The Thing, which makes its chart debut at Number 3 thanks to a brand-new reissue on 4K UHD; the film knocks The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard down to Number 4, and Nobody to Number 5.

The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (6) and A Quiet Place Part II (7) both fall one place, while Peter Rabbit 2 (8) and Zack Snyder’s Justice League (9) hold onto their positions from last week. Rounding off the top 10 is Godzilla vs. Kong, which flies 11 places.

Elsewhere in this week’s Top 40, the impending theatrical release of the new, much-delayed James Bond Film No Time To Die sends 2015’s Spectre into the chart for the very first time, plus Daniel Craig’s first excursion as 007, Casino Royale (2006), enters at Number 19. Skyfall (2012) lands at Number 24.

This week’s Official Film Chart online show features a sneak peek at action horror Escape Room: Tournament of Champions, which is available to Download & Keep from October 4.

Now, as well as OfficialCharts.com, the Official Film Chart can also be found on FindAnyFilm.com - the ultimate site for Film and TV fans to discover all the legal ways to buy the entertainment they want on disc and digital formats.
