Beth Gibbons scores this week's Number 1 classical artist album with her latest set Henryk Górecki: Symphony No. 3 - Symphony of Sorrowful Songs.

The Portishead singer-songwriter and film icon, usually known for her alternative rock sound, has collaborated with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra for her latest set. The record, her first solo outing in 17 years, is a moody take on Górecki’s popular Symphony No.3.

Beth's new album finishes ahead of Chinese pianist Lang Lang, who debuts at Number 2 with Piano Book. View the latest Official Classical Artist Album Chart here.

Looking at this week's other Official Charts, Billie Eilish's record-breaking Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart with When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? extends into the vinyl albums chart, leading an all-new Top 7 on this week's Top 40. The album is also the week's top seller on cassette, shifting 3,335 copies on the format.

Steve Earle & The Dukes claim the UK's biggest country artist album of the week with their tribute album to Guy Clark's 1995 record Dublin Blues, and British collective CC Smugglers have the Number 1 Jazz & Blues Album with  their debut album How High.

Finally, Westlife narrowly miss out on this week's best-selling single with their new single Better Man, finishing at Number 2 behind Lewis Capaldi's Someone You Loved on the Official Single Sales Chart, which doesn't include streaming. Better Man was given a limited release on CD, available through their official website.
