In a statement, Official British Asian Music Chart Show host Jasmine Takhar says: "I’m so gassed for the new show! This is a monumental moment not just for the station but for the [British Asian music] scene [as a whole].

"To be asked to host this at a time where the industry is celebrating and pushing British Asian music to the forefront is definitely something I’m proud of.”

Nahh this is actually sick... because people like Karan Aujla and Arjit Singh always dominate the top 40 theres not enough room for the UK artists. Expecting artists like Caps & Rekky on here, and definitely will be tuning in!
