Avicii teams up with Robbie Williams for new track The Days

Avicii has announced details of his new single The Days.

Swedish DJ/producer Avicii has joined forces with Robbie Williams for new single The Days.

The Days, which is set for UK release on November 23, will be the first single to be lifted from Avicii’s upcoming second studio album Stories.

Back in July, Avicii told Rolling Stone that Stories was “going to be a lot more song-orientated” as well as unveiling a host of other featured artists on the album including, Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong and Jon Bon Jovi.

Avicii has scored eight Official Singles Chart Top 40 hits with 2013’s I Could Be The One with Nicky Romero and Wake Me Up (which features uncredited vocals from Aloe Blacc) hitting the Number 1 spot.

Wake Me Up is also one of the UK's biggest selling singles of all-time, breaking the one million sales barrier back in October 2013.

Robbie Williams has racked up a massive 11 Official Albums Chart Number 1s and a colossal 35 Official Singles Chart Top 40 hits!

Robbie has also scored seven UK Number 1 singles; Candy (2012) , Radio (2004), Somethin’ Stupid with Nicole Kidman (2001), Eternity/The Road To Mandalay (2001), Rock DJ (2000), She’s The One/ It’s Only Us (1999), and Millennium (1998).
