Alt-rock quarter Scustin have started an Irish & UK tour
An alt-rock quarter hailing from Wicklow inspired by the likes of David Bowie, Scustin (you know, as in dee-scustin) only released their debut single last November, but things seem to be going quite well for the lads.
So well, in fact, that they've already begun their first-ever tour of Ireland and the UK in support of their new music.
The Scustin Tour kicked off June 23 in Mullingar and has since visited Galway and Bray. The next stop on the Irish leg will be Cork in July. The next date will be the first in the UK - Scustin will play Finsbury Park's Night Out June 30.
In an Instagram post advertising the tour, the band also revealed that their upcoming date in Camberwell's The Old Dispensary on July 2 will be free.

The tour will also feature appearances by: Paulie Martin, The Kettle Boilers, Mossy, Punching Peaches, Yellow Tinted Windows, Jossle, Neoarc, Nueroplacid, Alien Chicks, Fizzy Orange, Duck Wax, Human Interest, Sam Healy, and Kill 'Em Charlie.
Scustin were originally formed from the members of a previous band, *ROGUE!, who wanted to be "more ambitious" with the music they released and the songs they wrote.
The quartet released their first single together last November, called The Killer, which was heavily influenced by the work of David Bowie. They've since issued a follow-up, Sick Of Making Love To You.
