All your favourite 90s and 00s pop acts, including S Club, Liberty X and B*witched are touring Australia
It's every 90s (and 00s) pop fans' dream: the biggest pop groups of the era have joined forces for a tour of Australia and New Zealand.
For anyone who remembers riverdancing in double demin to C'est La Vie by B*witched, fashioning an umbrella into a cane for Liberty X's Just A Little, or just throwing a big ol' S Club Party, the '90s Pop Party' tour currently going on Down Under should more than satisfy your nostalgia needs.
And if you need further convincing (as if), just watch the trailer below:
The tour kicked off on February 3 in Auckland, New Zealand and while limited online reviews have generally praised the show, opening night wasn't without its mishaps.
Headliners B*witched are performing as a trio for the tour, as are Liberty X, who are now minus the boys due to Kevin Simm's recent win on The Voice and Tony Lundon presumably busy with whatever he's up to these days. All fairly understandable given 17 years have passed since their heyday.
Slightly more disappointing is that the already severely shruken S Club 3 are currently S Club 2 (Bradley and Tina) because Jo O'Meara is unwell, and Atomic Kitten are comprised of original kittens Kerry Katona and Natasha Hamilton and, in a rarely-seen case of band swapping, Liberty X's Michelle Heaton, who is acting "honorary kitten" for the tour.
QUIZ: How well do you know your 00s pop?
Still, the songs are the same as before, and that's what's important. "Liberty X" may only perform two tracks (Just A Little and Ain't Nobody), but at least it's their best two, and the rest seem to be delivering a decent chunk of hits. The B*witched set apparently includes as Abba medley and an encore of Blame it on the Weatherman. Amazing.
Here's what we've found of the gig on social media:

! never heard of any of these acts :/ if they came to the u.s about 17 yrs ago, it would've been terrible timing. u.s. acts like nsync, eminem, the backstreet boys, britney, etc. did very well that year. but that's great there's some type of reunion tour going on :)

How did B*Witched (The Denim Clad B*itches From ) get top billing?
