Adele confirms I Drink Wine is the next single from new album 30
Thanks to its name, the track is already a firm fan-favourite, despite no-one actually hearing it yet.
A new Adele profile has seemingly confirmed the name of the next single from her upcoming fourth record, 30.
The superstar singer appears as the December cover star of Rolling Stone, where she divulged on the making of the new album - and casually revealing that the track I Drink Wine is set to be released as the follow-up to Easy On Me.
Described as "upcoming I Drink Wine [is] a standout track [...] about shedding one's ego," while apparently having the flair of Elton John and Bernie Taupin songs from the 70s.
I Drink Wine is already a firm fan-favourite, despite no-one actually having heard it yet. When Adele revealed the full tracklist for 30, the name went viral all over social media. According to lyric website Genius, I Drink Wine is another collaboration between Adele and Greg Kurstin (Hello, Easy On Me).

However, what we don't know is when I Drink Wine will be released as a single; whether before 30 drops next week (November 19) or in tandem with the new album.
30's lead single Easy On Me is currently comfortably in its third consecutive week atop the Official Singles Chart, although it could have stiff competition this Friday from Ed Sheeran's Shivers.
Easy On Me also topped the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart in America - which magazine Billboard have called evidence of the strongest UK invasion on the US charts since the 1980s.
