Adele and Ed Sheeran win big at The BRITs
Adele and Ed Sheeran were the big winners at last night’s BRIT Awards with MasterCard, walking away with two awards each.
Adele and Ed Sheeran were the big winners at last night’s (Tuesday, February 21) BRIT Awards with MasterCard, walking away with two awards each.
Ed Sheeran, who was nominated for four awards, won British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act, while Adele scored the British Female Solo Artist award and the MasterCard British Album Of The Year award for 21.
Other notable winners included Coldplay (British Group), One Direction (British Single for What Makes You Beautiful), Rihanna (International Female Solo Artist), Emeli Sande (Critics' Choice) and Blur who were honoured with the Outstanding Contribution To Music award.
The BRITs took place at London’s O2 Arena and were broadcast live on ITV2.
