A massive Spice Girls exhibition is opening in London this summer
Dig out your platforms and Adidas trousers - a new exhibition dedicated to all things Spice Girls is launching in London this summer.
Called #SpiceUpLondon, the exhibition will showcase thousands of items of memorabilia as well as some of the group's iconic stage costumes, some of which have not been publicly displayed since they were first worn by the Spice Girls in the 90s.
In addition to displaying merchandise from around the globe, sourced from mega fans including the Guinness World Record holder Liz West, the iconic Spice Bus itself will be making a return! After years of neglect, the owners of the bus are restoring the infamous bus and will display it outside the exhibition. Those who donate to #RefurbTheBus will have their name adorned on a plaque inside.

Alan Smith-Allison, the event organiser and curator said: "It’s been amazing to be able to share this passion with others, but above all it has allowed me to create this collection of iconic Spice Girls history. #SpiceUpLondon has been a long time in the making, but it has grown beyond even my hopes for it.
"The interest in the exhibition has been massive and I can’t wait to show off what we are achieving. The London exhibition looks set to be the biggest music exhibition ever and it continues to grow with new events and exhibits being added every day."
As if that wasn't enough, the exhibition has teamed up with the Big Bus Company to offer a two-hour tour of London on a Union Jack-emblazoned open top bus, bringing together London's famous landmarks and highlighting particular areas of interest for Spice Girls fans. More information here.
