SEKOU

Sekou is a British singer-songwriter born in Leicester but now based across London and Los Angeles. At the age just 16, he attracted the interest of record labels after a video of him performing in a car park went viral, signing eventually to Universal across both Island and Republic Records. 

Listing some of his biggest influences as Beyoncé, Whitney Houston and Stevie Wonder, Sekou's music straddles the line between commercial pop, soul and R&B.

He was nominated as one of the BRITs Rising Stars for 2024, alongside Caity Baser and The Last Dinner Party.
