Who is Mae Muller?
Mae Muller is a British pop singer and songwriter hailing from Kentish Town in North London. She represented the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with I Wrote A Song, which became her first-ever UK Top 40 solo single - and the first by a UK Eurovision entry to debut inside the Top 40 in over 10 years - in March 2023. The week after the Eurovision final that year, which was held in Liverpool, England, I Wrote A Song was one of a record-breaking four Eurovision songs to land in the UK Top 10, giving Mae Muller her first Top 10 hit (peaking at Number 9) and confirming the renaissance of Europe's biggest song competition.
