Michael Ball & Alfie Boe formed as a duo in 2016, after originally meeting while starring in Kismet at the London Coliseum.
The pair reached Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart with their debut duet collection in 2016, titled Together, which became the UK's surprise best-selling new album of 2016, selling 512,000 copies that year to outperform releases from the likes of Lady Gaga and Robbie WIlliams, and beating The Rolling Stones to the Christmas Number 1 album spot.
The success continued with its follow-up Together Again, which brought the pair yet another Number 1 album in 2017. Ball and Boe went on to release Back Together in 2019, reaching Number 2, followed by a third chart topper in 2020 courtesy of Together at Christmas, and November 2024 saw the release of Michael Ball & Alfie Boe's fourth collaborative Number 1 album Together At Home which was also their first release on their new record label Tag8.
After decorated careers in theatre and opera, Michael and Alfie were chart superstars. As a duo, they have now sold over 1.5 million albums in the UK, received Classic Brit Awards, sold out headline arena tours and presented ITV Specials.
