Fifth Harmony originally formed through the second series of The X Factor USA. The group's members included Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Normani Kordei, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane Hansen - Fifth Harmony were one of the most popular US girl groups of the 2010s, following in the footsteps of acts like Pussycat Dolls and Destiny's Child.
Originally struggling to find a voice, the group's breakout hit Worth It with Kid Ink helped solidify them as stars on the rise, and the glorious sheen of Work From Home ft. Ty Dolla $ign marked them as emergent superstars. It wasn't to last, as founding Fifth Harmony member and defacto frontwoman Cabello parted in 2016, just after the release of second album 7/27.
The four remaining members stuck together for one last album - 2017's self-titled third album - before going on indefinite hiatus in 2018.
In the ensuing years, all Fifth Harmony members have attempted solo careers; the most successful of which has been Cabello's (with three solo albums and 2 UK Number 1 singles) and Normani (who has been named as a future superstar on releases like Motivation and Wild Side).
