There appears to be a discrepancy with the dates for Transvision Vamp's entries - Tell That Girl To Shut Up was released in sept 88 then I Want Your Love was released in June 88? I'm confused?

The dates are correct. This is the UK chart, so it'll be using the superior British date format : days, months and then year in a logical order.
