#38 did not refer to the EP on the sleeve as Could it Be I'm Falling in Love. It did say "Special Collectors Item" and "containing US Smash Hit Single", but it's unlikely these are the titles of the EP. It appears that there was no official title, and it was just listed in the charts after the lead track.

No 46. The label of Creole CR 138 shows that the title is 'You Keep Me Hanging On / Stop In The Name Of Love', a medley of two songs.
