I'd like to know where you can find these vinyl singles to be able to buy them

Because it only sold a few dozen vinyl copies. It takes well over 2,000 sales to enter the top 200 singles chart and about 5,000 for the Top 200.

How can Paul Weller be number 1 in the vinyl singles charts but be no where in the top 100 official singles charts? Dont vinyls count towards the chart?
