First chart week not requiring a physical release at all. 2006 allowed download-only weeks, but only in first week before a physical release.

I think the 2006 rule was ridiculous because some songs totally dropped out of the Top 100 no matter where it was previously charting e.g. the Top 10.

The album chart has no such rule, yet some still drop out straight from #1. It's the way sales have changed.
