No 68. The label of Arista 3 shows the artist is 'Stray Cats'.

OCC confuse the issue by stating THE STRAY CATS in the above listing, but when you select the 'Chart Facts' option for 68 it (correctly) says STRAY CATS.

A bit similar to 73 which has TENPOLE TUDOR in the above listing and TEN POLE TUDOR in the 'Chart Facts'.
