The correct title of this version being "BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU GOT".

Didn't know that. I was using the 14th edition of the Guinness British Hit Singles. which listed it as 'You've'. I've checked all the versions I can find on YouTube which seems to indicate the word 'You' is correct as you say.
