No, Jeff is correct that only a Top 30 was ever compiled this week. Those songs that were in the previous week's Top 50 but were not in this Top 30 have just been listed in the order (not position necessarily) they were in the previous week's chart. There were three singles that were outisde the Top 30 the previous week but climbed into it this week, the lowest of which the previous week had been Cozy Powell at #38, so that's why position #38 in this chart is when the list becomes a straight consecutive and synchronised listing of the previous week's positions.
