I am disappointed that "Lose Somebody" by Kygo didn't make it on the Top 40. It was so close which is so annoying. I hope that it can go back on the charts soon probably after "What's Love Got To Do With It" declines but it might never happen. For those who really want "Lose Somebody" to be on the 40, then please stream the out of this song because it would be great if all of us who like this song don't get stressed about it missing the Top 40.

I’ll give my thoughts later (at work atm) but happy that Head & Heart is at number 1 for another week 😊😊 and that WAP is in the top 10

I rate "Head & Heart" 4/10 because the repetition in the intro and choruses are pretty annoying. The vocals are ok beats ok. Just that the repetition is so annoying. In my opinion, Savage Loce should have been still No.1.

Tbh, I am really sick of "Head & Heart" being on No.1. I don't like the song. There could be better No.1's like this rubbish

So 'Hallucinate' goes Top 40, 'Levitating' gets a remix, now can this be pushed as a single? That would be the icing on the cake for 'Future Nostalgia'! :D

- Selling 81.2K, 'Head & Heart' has the third highest sale for a #1 single this year.
- Assuming 'Watermelon Sugar' fails to get to the top in the UK, it will be the first single by a British act to top the US charts while falling short at home since Adele's 'Set Fire To The Rain' back in 2012.
- 'folklore' is the first album to get three weeks at #1 since Rod Stewart did with 'You're In My Heart' last Christmas.

I really hope to see this in the charts soon, especially given how well EDM has been doing lately! :D

So happy to see JOEL CORRY still at number 1 and i hope he can remain there for a few more weeks!! CARDI B new single is just awful!! I never liked her...but i am glad to see still MEGAN THE STALLION having another top 3 under her belt!! MEGAN could have sung this song with LIZZO, SUMMER WALKER, DOJA CATS: amazing women and great singers but why does it has to be cardi b?
i guess i dislike the song because it features CARDI B!! will be another singer, will be a different story!!

WEEKLY CHART REVIEW (14/08/2020 - 20/08/2020)

🔴 (Negative)

1) Sadly, I don’t get the appeal behind Cardi B! She’s got charisma & an okay flow, but her content is always so disgusting. Not even Megan Thee Stallion can save this for me!

2) Another D-Block Europe song?! They make the same thing everytime. This is getting old now!

3) Not impressed with ‘Take You Dancing’ either unfortunately! The vocal beat on the hook is even more annoying than ‘Savage Love’ in my opinion.

4) All of Taylor’s tracks fell again this week, with ‘The 1’ not even in the Top 40 anymore!

5) ‘Dinner Guest’ is now on ACR, but at least ‘West Ten’ is still doing incredibly well.

🟠 (Mixed)

1) ‘Savage Love’ should be placed on ACR for the next chart! I can tolerate the song a lot more than most here, but even I think it’s getting old already (especially with all that overplay).

2) ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ got denied a Top 10 spot again, but I think it’ll still get there at some point with those sales & airplay numbers (also going up on streaming too!).

3) As for ‘Men III’... the delivery & sincerity is deep, but why do many songs have to reference this pandemic?! As from that, the production could’ve hit a bit harder to make this really good.

4) ‘Kings & Queens’ moved back into the Top 20, saved from ACR by the remix with Saweetie & Lauv!

5) ‘Holiday’ randomly rebounded out of nowhere! I’m still indifferent on it though, even if Perrie shined on it once again (as she usually does).

6) On first listen, ‘Smile’ sounds decent, especially The Weeknd’s vocals! I think this might move up into the “positive” section with time, because I think it could grow on me.

7) ‘Dance Monkey’ finally left! Given that it charted about a year ago, it’s about time, despite being a decent song.

8) ‘For The Night’ moved up again! Not one of Pop Smoke’s best sadly, but the tributes for him are really coming through now.

🟢 (Positive)

1) ‘Head & Heart’ held on for a fourth week! It doesn’t appear to be going anywhere either, given that BuzzJack reported it has a 15-20k sales lead this week.

2) I don’t like TikTok as a streaming service, but I’m happy that it was responsible for getting ‘Mood Swings’ into the Top 10!

3) ‘Heaven On My Mind’ is moving closer to the Top 10! I really hope it makes it before September.

4) Chuffed to see ‘Looking For Me’ slowly becoming the newest EDM smash!

5) ‘Fake Friends’ is coming for the Top 20, which is awesome to see!

6) ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ rebounded! Another awesome remake of a 80’s classic from one of my all-time favourite DJ’s.

7) Finally, ‘Hallucinate’ is here! It might’ve got here a couple weeks later than expected, but it’s cool that it made the Top 40 on the same day that the ‘Levitating’ remix was released (that might chart next week!).

8) Not entirely chart-related, but the Discord live thread was so much fun tonight!

9) Taylor Swift managed to retain her albums chart reign, despite close competition from Glass Animals & Deep Purple.
