No 14. The label of Capitol CL 14910 shows the title is 'Volare (Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu)'.

You've nicely got round the problem of the Coasters being omitted in error when the chart was initially published, by reverting to the old tie position rule (otherwise Russ Conway's debut hit would never have appeared in the chart) but blotted your copybook at the last knockings with the two lower genuine ties, which should have positions one higher than you show! (and annoyingly of course the old tie positions rule doesn't apply, so is inconsistent, but that can't be helped!)

For clarity, the original NME chart from 17 onwards looked like this -
17 - YAKETY YAK - THE COASTERS
18 - SUGAR MOON - PAT BOONE
19 - SPLISH SPLASH - BOBBY DARIN
20 - EARLY IN THE MORNING - BUDDY HOLLY
21 - I'M SORRY I MADE YOU CRY - CONNIE FRANCIS
22 - WHO'S SORRY NOW - CONNIE FRANCIS
23 - ON THE STREET WHERE YOU LIVE - VIC DAMONE
23 - THE ONLY MAN ON THE ISLAND - TOMMY STEELE
25 - TORERO - JULIUS LA ROSA
26 - TRUDIE - JOE ''MR. PIANO'' HENDERSON
27 - EVERYBODY LOVES A LOVER - DORIS DAY
27 - TWILIGHT TIME - THE PLATTERS
29 - LITTLE TRAIN/GOTTA HAVE RAIN - MAX BYGRAVES
30 - IF DREAMS CAME TRUE - PAT BOONE
And Russ Conway's debut was with PARTY POPS on 30th November 1957 at 26.
