The chart is only a top 30 and was last week so Johnnie Ray cannot have climbed up from #46 and Look Homeward Angel has been listed on both his entries. Either it's a double A-side or they are separate hits. Which is it?

The 46 for LW's position is the SUM of both versions' positions of this single on last week's chart. Complete nonsense. I have discovered lots of cases of OCC doing this. They obviously have something wrong with their queries that are creating the charts from their main dataset.
I saw your comment about both versions on the 22/2/57 chart. I agree that the chart is for number of SINGLES bought.
