I've often wondered if the deluxe editions should count as the original album as they have considerably more tracks on them and are therefore surely a different album. Thriller original album has far fewer tracks than Thriller 25.
I wonder where Dirty Dancing, The Bodyguard, Titantic Film Soundtracks would rank if the charts had stayed combined. I recall reading somewhere Dirty Dancing had achieved 211 weeks. I'm guessing it would have been a lot more by now.
