Oh wow, ABC The Lexicon Of Love II sat straight in at number 5 last week, and now has dropped straight out to 17. Streaming, and digital sh*t has ruined these charts. Let's get back to basics. Make the main chart the Sales chart only.

The OCC filter has blocked my 75 list. Could you please fix it OCC? Thanks

Does anyone know which album has got the longest run in the top 100 albums chart ever, I mean from all the way back since this chart ever first came about. I know ABBA has got 740 weeks and QUEEN has got 726 weeks. Is the an album that has gained even more weeks? I am very curious!
Pekka Sahlberg
I meant IS THERE....sorry bout my typing!
DS
David Sutton
Hi Pekka, those are indded the records - going back to when the chart began in 1956. When South PAcific and some of the other oldies logged their runs there was only a Top 20, indeed at the start of their runs a Top 5, then Top 10. That's why I sometimes list the Top 20 or Top 10
Pekka Sahlberg
Thank you David!
drew
it is no problem my friend.
Pekka Sahlberg
Now that streaming is a part of these both singles and albums charts the name of these charts are incorrect. They should be called THE MOST POPULAR ALBUMS / SINGLES TOP 100 CHART. Or something.
Painmix King
Good to see Dexys charting so well

It is great to see ROXETTE back on chart / They are new entry on sales chart at no 41 which is great after 30 years in music ...

addickted2hcharlton
Yeah but who is Whitney @ 98 cos one thing iss for sure it aint Ouston callin.
I Am A Stegosaurus
Nope, if you hit the link that says 'Whitney' you get literally no results
Jamie Crampton
Have a look on Spotify, their album is on there. Indie-type material. Quite why you'd call yourself Whitney, when you'll lose most searches to Whitney Houston, if another story..
mildredfarts
Roxette and Ladyhawke's albums are both really exceptionally good .such a shame they get overlooked.
BABY DOLLARD
ROXETTE : GOOD KARMA...brilliant album and their final 10th album at number 61!!! what a shame!! but glad they reached number 2 on the Swedish chart!! awful number 1 album this week...with that has been singer!!
A
addickted2hcharlton
Yeah but that aint bad seein they aint been in the charts for a long time n I like Paul Simon meself n can think of far worse singers on the charts on ere n all.
JML_1979
Where's 'Totally Stripped' by the Stones? It entered at #2 in the Dutch Album Top 100. Are there different chart rules in the UK? Because here I can only find them in the Official Music Video Chart Top 50 (at #1), but not in the regular album chart!
