The Killers announce 12-date UK arena tour to kick off this November
You wanted an arena tour from The Killers, and they're giving you on this November.
The Las Vegas collective will stop off at 11 UK & Irish cities for a total of 12 shows, with London getting a duo of gigs at the O2 Arena. Dublin, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle are just a sample of the cities The Killers will visit on their winter 2017 stint, which begins on Monday November 6 in Birmingham.
The tour is in support of the group's fifth studio album Wonderful Wonderful, which is scheduled for release prior to the tour beginning. It follows their four previous Number 1 studio albums Hot Fuss, Sam's Town, Day & Age and Battle Born.
Wonderful Wonderful is produced by Jacknife Lee, who has previously worked with the likes of Two Door Cinema Club, One Direction, Kodaline, Taylor Swift, Lissie and Robbie Williams. The Killers' longtime collaborator Stuart Price also acts a co-producer. The band have also confirmed that they worked on a track with OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder named Life To Come.
The band's fifth studio album will also feature the lead single The Man, which they performed during their secret set at this year's Glastonbury Festival.
Tickets for The Killers' UK shows go on sale one week from today (July 14).
