Slash hints at first new Guns N' Roses album in over 17 years
"It's coming. I know it's coming because everybody is thinking about it"

Slash has teased that a new Guns N' Roses album is on the way for the first time since their last full-length record in 2008.
In an interview with Guitar World, the legendary guitarist has confirmed the details that new material has been conceived, but isn't revealing an exact date of when this will be released to the public.
Slash commented on the album rumours saying:
"There's so much material at this point - it's a matter of having the discipline to sit down and f***ing get into it
"So, it's coming. I know it's coming because everybody is thinking about it," he added. "It'll just happen when it happens."

As mentioned, the group have not released since the 2008 album Chinese Democracy, which peaked at Number 2 on the Official Albums Chart.
The band do however have two chart-topping projects with Use Your Illusion II in 1991 and their Greatest Hits release in 2004, highlighting the American Rock Band's strong cultural impact on British music.
Slash and bassist Duff McKagan both rejoined the band in 2016 and have released a plethora of tracks, but haven't collaborated on a project together since 1993's The Spaghetti Incident? which also positioned at Number 2.
Currently in the midst of a tour in South America, fans will be hoping that upon their return, the news of a new album in over 17 years will be signed, sealed and delivered for good.
