KPop Demon Hunters' Saja Boys set to form real life boyband and perform live
This follows the success of fellow KPop Demon Hunters group HUNTR/X performing in real life
KPop Demon Hunters group Saja Boys are rumoured to be forming a real-life boyband according to reports.
Revealed by The Korean Times, the group have listed their interest in becoming members of The Federation of Korean Music Performers (FKMP), meaning they will be registered as an official band, hinting towards live performances taking place in the near future.
This follows the success of fellow KPop Demon Hunters band HUNTR/X, who also created a real life girl band composed of EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami following the incredible success of the Netflix film.
Per the FKMP, the five members who have been signed up include the original trio who voiced Saja Boys in the film. These are Andrew Choi, Neckway and Kevin Woo. There are also new members who have supposedly been added named Danny Chung and samUIL Lee.
Saja Boys have already had strong chart success with two of their singles Your Idol and Soda Pop both peaking inside the Top 5 and staying in the Top 40 for a significant period of time.
There are little details about when, where and if these performances will take place. The news comes after rumours began floating around that a second KPop Demon Hunters film is in the works.
