Record Breaker! K-pop’s going up, up, up as three KPop Demon Hunters tracks occupy Top 5
As Ed Sheeran secures the highest new entry this week

They're goin' up, up, up! KPop Demon Hunters' HUNTR/X are Golden once again, with their smash hit topping the Singles Chart for a seventh time, also making it six consecutive weeks at the summit (1).
And a bit of K-pop history is made this week! Saja Boys anthems Soda Pop (3) and Your Idol (5) also make the Top 5, meaning Netflix phenomenon KPop Demon Hunters sees three tracks in the Top 5 - the first time the K-pop genre's ever secured such a feat.

Olivia Dean's Man I Need has fought valiantly, but the up-and-coming Brit will have to settle for the silver medal this week (2). Her track Nice To Each Other also jumps two places this week (6), with Sam Fender collab Rein Me In elevating back into the Top 10 (10) to complete another fine week for Olivia.
Sabrina Carpenter buzz continues this week as three of her tracks, Tears (4), Manchild (8) and When Did You Get Hot? (9) secure positions in the Top 10.
This week's highest new entry comes courtesy of Ed Sheeran, with emotional track Camera making the Top 20 (16). Ed also sees Sapphire soar ten places (28) and A Little More skyrocket 16 (32).
As it continues to go viral on social media, Rihanna's 2007 track Breakin' Dishes also climbs nine places to a brand-new peak this week (21).
With the announcement of their upcoming ninth album The Mountain, Gorillaz see the classic Feel Good Inc. ascend five (22).
One of the hottest songs of the summer in the US, Folded by Kehlani finds its way into the UK Top 40 for the first time, up eight places (33).
Another record making its maiden journey into the Top 40 is KATSEYE's Gabriela, earning the K-pop girl group their first-ever UK Top 40 single (39). It garners attention following the band's live performance at this year's MTV VMAs.
And finally, with her new album I'm Only F**king Myself out today, Lola Young sees Messy back in the Top 40, up six places (40).

Hopefully ‘Breakin’ Dishes’ and ‘Feel Good Inc’ will climb into the Top 20 next week.
As for the new arrivals, ‘Camera’ was fine but I like ‘Folded’ and ‘Gabriela’ significantly more.
