Both One Directions appear on US charts
Are the US One Direction, who are suing Harry Styles and co over the rights to use the band name, benefiting from their UK counterparts' success?

There are two One Directions on this week's US charts. The first One Direction is made up of former X Factor UK contestants Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson, the other is a US pop-punk band.
The UK One Direction are currently at Number 5 on the Billboard Top 200 with their debut album Up All Night, while the US band, who are currently trying to sue Harry and co over to who has the rights to use the name One Direction in the United States, album The Light is Number 48 in Billboard’s Heatseekers albums chart.
Billboard reports that the US One Direction's album sales have continued to grow since February – which was ironically the same time the UK’s One Direction released Up All Night in the US.
